Yoga Day is celebrated across the globe on 21st June to highlight the importance of Yoga and how it has been beneficial in keeping the body and mind in sound health. Yoga renews the mind with confidence. The message of Yoga is to promote both the physical and mental well-being of humanity.

 Our tiny tots excitedly made videos as they celebrated Yoga Day to showcase their talent of performing various asanas.   The students at Navsrijan were apprised by the teachers that how this public health crisis has brought to the fore the importance of strengthening our immune systems through Yoga.

The students attend the yoga sessions that are held online from time to time and are very much aware of various asanas and their benefits. The teachers at Navsrijan motivate the children to practice yoga in their daily lives. The little ones too are aware of the need of peace that yoga brings into our lives.
