In the light of this thought, students of Navsrijan have made yoga asanas an everyday practice at home during this lockdown.
Our children stated, Surya Namaskar is the best way to start our day, and then end it on a positive note, which proves their love for yoga. Students have been practising different asanas at home, they feel it is the best way to relax their body and mind .
