Diwali celebrations at Navsrijan, illuminated everyone’s heart with joy and fervour as they welcomed Goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of Harmony, unity, grace, love, beauty, compassion and sweetness. This Diwali the message from darkness to light of body and soul was sent across the students.This festivity cleaning of our surroundings was also accompanied with purifying our souls from ego, jealousy and anger.

The junior school students made colourful diyas which encircled the harmony of the wick and oil. Children decorated thalis as an offering to Goddess Lakshmi. They laced together magnificent toransand created rangoli. These activities spread the message of harmony, grace and beauty.

The middle and senior school students were reiterated that they should celebrate Diwali in its purest form by lighting earthen lamps and sharing with less fortunate. They expressed their love and learning from their favourite personalities in Ramayana in the form of poems and stories.
