‘All labour that uplifts humanity has dignity and importance, hence should be undertaken with painstaking excellence.’
Navsrijan celebrated May Day or Labour Day on 30th April , 2021 to acknowledge this painstaking effort of the labour force, who work tirelessly to make our lives easier and better. Labour Day is a reminder for us that these are the real architects of our society, and they deserve their due respect. Navsrijan believes that it is small act of kindness that count and we attempt to inculcate the same values in our students.
The students of Navsrijan expressed gratitude in the form of poems, articles and slogans to appreciate the work of the labours. The tiny tots also made art work to ‘Thank’ the labours.
These activities were designed to forge a better understanding of the labour community and let the students know that we should respect and appreciate their efforts. Over all it was a fun virtual activity which taught our students to be thankful towards every individual of the society.
