Our 11 students of Navsrijan took part in the 7th edition of Spiritual Retreat which took place from 14th May, 2024 to 18th May, 2024 at the premises of Seth M.R. Jaipuria School. Facilitators of this years retreat were, Rahul Sharma, Palak Dubey and Shaily Shah who came from Puducherry. 

At the core of this retreat is the chance for students to explore their inner selves—their inner friend—and seek answers to life’s profound questions through the lens of spirituality. Through engaging activities and meaningful practices, students were invited to embark on a journey of self-discovery, delving into the vast realm of spirituality while nurturing a deeper awareness of their inner being.

On the first day Dr. Alok Pandey, gave a talk on the topic Beauty of the new World being born. On day two, Smt. Anjali Jaipuria Ma’am, our school founder, gave a talk on the topic, Existential Questions of Life. Later Sri Sraddhalu Ranade, Scientist, Educationist, Scholar, gave a talk on, Discovering the Aim of Life. Seth M.R. Jaipuria student, Saransh Mishra gave a talk on the topic, Crisis of the Climate or the Human Mind. 

Day 3 begun with a talk by student, Krinali Nayak, she spoke on the topic “Knowing in completeness”, Later Sri Shivakumar, Director Sri Aurobindo Foundation for Integral Education and Research (SAFIER), Sri Aurobindo Society, gave a talk on the topic Greatest Discovery Made by Mankind. On day 4, student Nandani Bansal gave a talk on “Need of Sprituality”. 

Over the course of five days, students worked diligently on projects that encapsulated their learnings from the retreat. On the final day, they presented their projects to an audience of parents, teachers and peers.
